The Girl Child Hygiene Team Is Set To Support Girls With Disabilities On Dec. 6th

The Girl Child Hygiene Team is set to support girls with disabilities. For many, menstruation is just the regular flow of bl00d that women experience every month, but it goes much deeper than that.

Just fighting the cramps and headache makes it hard to deal with at this point.

Young girls in some parts of Ghana and around the world have faced many challenges such as having something to do with men just to earn money to buy sanitary products.

Most of these young girls are infected with HIV and teenage pregnancies, due to which some of them suffer from depression and other mental health problems.

In general, young girls with disabilities are often prioritized over non-disabled one’s, creating an inequality known as unequal opportunities.

We at Girl Child Hygiene are working to close this gap, so we are registering donations to support young girls with disabilities in schools for the disabled across Ghana to give every young girl equal opportunities regardless of their circumstances.

6th December, 2023 is an important step towards the advancement of all young girls, both able-bodied and disabled, as we prepare for an exciting donation event.

Join us in creating a future where every girl embraces her potential, sets ambitious goals and reaches for the stars.

The purpose of the event is not only to inspire young girls, but also to teach menstrual hygiene and promote human dignity for all.

Let’s work together to create a world of dreams without limitations or disabilities. Make a date with us.
