Gifty Gyan, the ex-wife of footballer Asamoah Gyan, will walk away with several properties following a court ruling regarding their divorce.
Here are all the properties awarded to Asamoah Gyan’s ex-wife following a divorce settlement
The two were once lovers, but their relationship was damaged beyond repair, leading to a very bitter separation.
Gyan’s marriage made headlines when she filed for divorce at the Matrimonial Division of the Accra High Court in 2018.
The former Black Stars captain then doubted the legitimacy of his three children and therefore asked for a DNA paternity test to be carried out on each of them in order to know the truth.

After five years of protracted litigation, the court finally ruled on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, that Gyan is the biological father of Gifty Gyan’s three children.
The court ordered the former Sunderland striker to pay his ex-wife a sum of 25,000 crowns per month for child welfare and maintenance.

• Asamoah Gyan’s mansion in the United Kingdom (UK)
• A BMW
• A 4-bedroom apartment at Spintex.
