Meet Big Brother Naija 2022 Housemates
- Beauty – Beauty Etsanyi Tukura

Despite her moniker, Beauty has done an excellent job of living up to it. There have already been 43 winners of the Miss Nigeria beauty pageant in the country’s history.
From 2015 through 2017, she was crowned ‘Most Beautiful Girl Taraba’.
Her self-image is that of a self-confident free spirit who feels she can do anything with the right attitude and effort.
After failing the first time, she had to retake the Nigerian Bar Exams, which was one of the lowest periods of her life. Beauty, the youngest of four siblings, cherishes the unconditional love, advice, and support she receives from her family.
How come Big Brother Naija is so popular? As someone who enjoys a good challenge, I’m also rather entertaining. Beauty Tukura is my brand, and I need a platform to grow it. In her words, “I am ready for the shift and all that comes with it. “, she says of her move to the White House.

- Groovy – Henry Olisaemeka Orakwue

Groovy, a Nigerian artist, fashion entrepreneur, and model, is a 26-year-old Anambra State native. University of Lagos biochemist and fitness fanatic, he holds a degree in Biochemistry.
Self-confident and self-reliant, his winning mindset inspires him and people around him, he says. ‘A cheerful, self-sufficient, supporting guy’
Groovy fears that his arguing tendencies might irritate his fellow Housemates. You can bet that if you think you’re right, you won’t back down till the facts prove otherwise.” Principled as I am, I rarely bend my will to the wishes of others, unless it is in the best interest of me and my family.
Aside from his apparel and accessory company, he also dabbles in music. He believes that Big Brother Naija would help him get his name out.
In my dreams, I want to be well-known, affluent, powerful, and influential.” I want to be a voice for change in my nation and the globe, and this show gives me the opportunity to do so.
By being as amusing and interesting as possible, Groovy intends to raise the bar. He intends to abide by all of Biggie’s rules and regulations. So, we’ll just have to wait and see if he honors his promise.
- Ilebaye – Ilebaye Odiniya

21-year-old Ilebaye is a criminology and security studies graduate who is also a business owner. When she’s not working, you’ll find her hanging out with friends at a pool party, going bowling, or going shopping.
When it comes to romantic relationships, Ilebaye doesn’t believe in them. For the time being, “I don’t believe in love,” she adds. “Maybe one day I will, but for now, I don’t.”
When it comes to her personality, she’s a little rough around the edges, but she hopes to make up for it by being laid back and entertaining to be around.
When it comes to promoting her company and selling herself, Ilebaye feels that Big Brother Naija is the ideal venue. “Being a BB Naija Housemate opens up a world of possibilities.”
Boredom is not an option for Ilebaye. All of the Gen-Z fervor is coming to Biggie’s House, she says. In her world, it would be a celebration every day!
- Khalid – Ismail Rukuba Ahalu

For Khalid, having important talks, hanging out with the right people, and participating in extreme activities is what he considers a good time.
Besides archery, he also likes skateboarding and basketball, as well as anime and Greek mythology.
From the Plateau State of Nigeria, this 22-year-old freelance graphic designer and muralist is a self-described “charismatic” individual who enjoys trying new things.
While Khalid says he’s “chronically single” and isn’t in the market for a long-term relationship at the moment, he does believe he’s struck gold in the friendship department.
As a way to promote himself and make new friends, he’s using the Big Brother Naija House.

- Amaka – Chiamaka Crystal Mbah

“I’m something between a spoiled brat and a well-behaved kid.” At just 23 years old, Amaka is a health care professional and a native of Anambra State in Nigeria, where she lives and works.
Lone one brother, the only female in her family, and a big fan of wealthy guys, this self-proclaimed daddy’s daughter has it all.
After experiencing the highs and lows that life can dish out, her mantra is “Grab the bull by the horns and forge on.” Big Brother Naija contestant Amaka admits she entered the competition not just to win, but also to have a good time, meet new people, and blast her exes.
Amaka confesses that she might come across as abrasive, nasty, and “extra,” but once you get to know her, she’s as soft as jelly. In her own defense, she’s the first to confess that she’s a talker, which may upset her fellow Housemates.

Cyph, a native of Imo State and graduate of Madonna University’s Electrical Engineering program, is an art enthusiast, movie buff, and music fanatic. He’s a foodie, traveler, fashionista, and cruise enthusiast who freely admits to being a bit mysterious.
“I’m also goofy, social, and playful,” he adds, as a counterbalance.
He lives by the mantra, “You only get one shot at life,” and whenever he has a disagreement with someone close to him, Cyph tries to resolve it quickly. This 27-year-old admits that he enjoys being joyful, but he is prone to sobbing if he is severely upset.
Cyph has his sights set on a woman outside of the House, despite the fact that he is single.
What’s in it for you if you join Big Brother Nigeria? A part of me has always desired to be seen or recognized outside of the confines of my house, phone, and circle of pals. The first step in giving back to society is through BB Naija, which I consider as a great opportunity.
Cyph’s Big Brother Naija house will be full of conflict, rivalry, and good times.
- Daniella – Daniella Utangbe Peters

22-year-old Daniella loves working out and staying in shape when she’s not composing poems, performing, or singing. Due to her strong dislike of bullying and firm belief in fair play, she is often referred to be “the protector” when people get into fights.
She enjoys meeting new people and considers herself to be resilient, vivacious, and keenly aware of her surroundings. In addition to her five older brothers and one younger sister, she has a twin brother.
Daniella, despite recently escaping a toxic relationship, still believes in the power of love and is open to finding it again.
“Based on research, it would be my sensitivity,” she responds when asked if there are any habits that might annoy her fellow Housemates. I pay attention to both verbal and nonverbal cues.
Even though I dislike drama, another example would be my petty nature. In addition, you should be aware that I am highly unpredictable.”
It is Daniella’s opinion that Big Brother Naija is the ideal platform for her to showcase her talents. In my heart, I want to work in the entertainment industry. ” This is where I feel most at home.

Kess’s stubbornness and self-esteem might be irritating to others. He’s always wanted to be a part of Big Brother Naija. “This is something that anybody who knows me is aware of. I enjoy the show and have often fantasized of being on it.
- Phyna – Ijeoma Josephina Otabor

Being a “malice phobic” is what Ijeoma has described herself as. One minute she’ll be yelling at someone, and the next she’ll be talking to them as if nothing happened.
As far as she’s concerned, she’s a natural-born performer. When it comes to romance, I believe that “na mumu dey fall in love”.
This 25-year-old huckster prides herself on her levity and claims to be averse to rumors. In my opinion, gossip is wrong and I’m sure a lot of people realize it. ‘You can’t talk bad about anyone to me,’ she tells me.
As a skilled appliance repairman, she considers her graduation to be one of life’s crowning achievements. “I never imagined that I would be able to continue my study at a more prestigious school of higher learning,” she says.
In order to make a change, Phyna has her sights set on the Big Brother Naija House.
By providing us with ginger and vibrations, Phyna intends to take things to a whole new level. Fans of Big Brother Naija may find her humorous, but they may also find her excessively strict.
- Pharmsavi – Saviour Ikin Akpan

An extrovert with “an outstanding sense of humor,” Pharmsavi, a licensed pharmacist, is an extrovert with confidence and many talents. Aside from performing, he is passionate about other aspects of life and hopes to make a career out of it.
In addition to traveling, dancing, and playing video games, Pharmsavi likes making new friends thanks to his outgoing and pleasant demeanor.
When it comes to morality and honesty, he’s an emotional person who’s also somewhat prickly and competitive. Pharmsavi enjoys graphic design and playing table tennis when he has free time.
Are there any habits that can upset his fellow Housemates while he is in the House? A perfectionist, I am.” As a result of his preference for a neat and tidy environment, “people often claim I have OCD,” he asserts.
When it comes to being a professional actor, Pharmsavi feels that Big Brother Naija would be the springboard he needs to get him there. My goal is to raise awareness about the dangers of drug consumption and overuse, particularly among young people.
On this season of Big Brother Naija, Pharmsavi claims to have discovered “the solution for all lunacy.”. In his tenure in the House, he vows to be dedicated and entertaining.
- Christy O – Christiana Oluwafunke Ojumu

Beauty entrepreneur Christy O owns her own cosmetics company. In her spare time, this outspoken 24-year-old is a model and a believer in second chances.
She characterizes herself as a “funny, brilliant, and hardworking extrovert” and confesses that she is more than likely to be found “where the fun is” on any given day. Christy O enjoys writing poetry when she isn’t hiking or having a picnic with her closest pals.
What is her greatest shortcoming? That means I’m always dissatisfied with the outcome, especially when someone else has done the work for me. I’m a perfectionist.” While she isn’t the most pleasant person to be around, she isn’t the only one who has this problem.
And yet, despite all of this, Christy O is confident that she’s the appropriate person for this opportunity. When it comes to stage presence, I’m the best. Big Brother Naija is all about having fun, learning, and expressing yourself creatively. “I think I can do really well at it,” she responds.
Keep an eye on Christy O, since she’s a liar-hater who always tells it like it is, and you don’t want to mess with her.
- Bryann – Brian Chkuwuebuka Chiji

Bryann’s musical inspirations include Wande Coal, Vybz Cartel, and Angelique Kidjo. As of 2019, the 24-year-old from Imo State has released two singles and a full-length album.
Bryann is a laid-back person who likes meeting new people, going out to parties, and watching movies. Introvert and extrovert traits combine to make me what I call an extravert.
When it comes to dealing with people, “I’m able to handle both high and low-energy situations,” he adds.
Big Brother Naija will provide Bryann the opportunity to engage with people, build his social capital, and spread the word about his music, all of which he believes would make him a happier person.
His Housemates, on the other hand, may take issue with his habitual tardiness and shaky recall. When it comes to meeting times, he admits, “I’m terrible at remembering things,” and he laughs.
Bryann vows to bring vibes, great energy, and flair to Big Brother Season 7. He claims he’s a threat since he’s extremely confident and can handle any circumstance.
- Bella – Chidimma Esther Okagbue

25-year-old Bella is a recent UNILAG alumna and aspiring content maker. She enjoys exploring new places, swimming, taking pictures, and meeting new people. As a result of her desire to succeed, she describes herself as “a no-nonsense person who gets pissed off easily.”
Bella acknowledges that most of her pals are male since she has a hard time getting along with other females. This, she argues, invariably leads to envy and gossip, which she avoids like the plague.
Which of her habits is most likely to aggravate the other Housemates with whom she shares a room? “I’m sorry for being so harsh.” Because I am unafraid, I don’t sugarcoat what I say. People detest it when I tell it like it is.
Due to her desire to become wealthy and famous, Bella signed up for Big Brother Naija. “I have no desire to introduce myself at any point in time. When I enter a room, I want to be recognized. I’m a big fan of a life that’s both comfortable and purposeful.”

- Eloswag – Eloka Paul Nwamu

‘I’m the next great thing from Naija and I auditioned to make the House absolutely awesome!’ are Eloswag’s bold remarks, a 27-year-old digital marketer and content creator from Lagos.
Eloswag, who considers his mother to be his superhero, says he’s a big hit with the ladies, too. He laughs and continues, “I’m a fantastic person and the girls love me.”
As of right now, Eloswag is unattached and admits that he has been “given his breakfast” more than a few times. On top of that, I believe that if you have money, you may have better relationships.
Because he’s always up for a new experience, he thinks Big Brother Naija is the perfect fit for him. As a fan of socializing and networking, I’m looking for a good time.
There are so many young people who might benefit from this platform and I think I’d be a great match for it,” he adds.
- Doyin – Doyinsola Anuoluwapo David

Described as a cross between Michelle Obama and Cardi B, Doyin isn’t hesitant to show her true colors when the occasion calls for it. When it comes to this 26-year-old, you never know what to expect.
In her spare time, Doyin enjoys going out with friends and reading. Although she may appear tough on the outside, she is a sweetheart at heart.
Doyin has had a difficult time making friends since she is so open about her feelings. It’s good to have two pals that mean a lot to her, so she’s thankful for that.
To Doyin’s delight, the upcoming season of Big Brother Naija may be the catalyst for a life-altering shift. “I’d want to explore whether there’s a place for me in the entertainment sector since I’m bored with medicine.”
While she wants to make more money than she does now, she also says, “I just want to make more money.”
- Adekunle – Adekunle Tobilola Olopade

Adekunle is a digital marketing consultant from Lagos, Nigeria, with a young age of 27. “A self-actualised introvert,” he calls himself, and he takes great delight in helping others by solving their difficulties.
Adekunle enjoys playing games on his phone and watching his favorite program, Family Guy, on YouTube when he isn’t working on making the world a better place.
While he excels at making peace, Adekunle is not hesitant to stand up for what he believes in and take on difficulties head-on if necessary. Do his fellow Housemates have any complaints about him? In a way, it may be bothersome that I’m always correct.
“I also just discovered that I talk with a lot of large grammar,” he chuckles. Big Brother Naija contestant Adekunle is vying for the title in the hopes of assisting his mother in repaying her mortgage, loans, and other debts.
- Allysyn – Osy Allysyn Audu

Easy-going In her own words, Allysyn defines herself as a “creative goofball who likes meeting new people”. When she’s not working as a Sales and Marketing Executive for a well-known car company, she likes watching movies, hanging out with friends, and crafting her own lip gloss.
As a friend, she expects the same loyalty from individuals she deems close to her. A “big fan of love,” Allysny is now in a relationship and appreciates “how love lets me see myself in a new light every day.” every day.
This 25-year-old is desperate to win Big Brother Naija after losing everything she invested in furnishings for a YouTube program and then lost it all when Covid struck.
Additionally, she believes the show would help grow her own brand. As a model, social media manager, and television host, I’d like to work full-time on all three of these endeavors.”
Her fellow Housemates may be annoyed by what? When asked why she does things at her own pace, she answers, “I regard it all as a joke”.
- Dotun – Oladotun Mofiyinfoluwa Oloniyo

26-year-old The personal trainer/medical physiologist Dotun uses his spare time to work as a personal trainer at a local hospital. She enjoys watching movies, cooking, and gardening when she’s not working out or saving people’s lives.
In his own words, he characterizes himself as “fun, good-looking, and spontaneous.”
It was a happy occasion for Dotun when he was crowned Mr. Tourism Nigeria 2018 and graduated as one of the best students in his speciality at the University of Ibadan just a week later.
He enjoys walking around shirtless, which he says frequently upsets insecure guys because it’s one of his favorite pleasures. “I’m opinionated and confident, and some people don’t like that much,” he responds when asked about behaviors that may annoy his fellow Housemates..
Big Brother Naija housemate Dotun believes he has the right mix of competitiveness and enthusiasm to succeed in the competition.
- Chomzy – Esther Chioma Ndubueze

Chomzy, a 22-year-old businesswoman who enjoys sewing, traveling, and twerking, is a typical young woman. Despite her antipathy against informants and traitors, she regards herself as a resourceful and empathetic human being.
She is of the opinion that she is blessed with the most wonderful family in the entire planet. “My mother and siblings are all in Nigeria, while my father is in Gabon. ‘ She smiles and explains, “I’m everyone’s favorite in my family, and we all adore each other.”
Despite being single, this dynamo is open to finding a soul mate when the time is perfect.
In addition to her modeling and pageant work, Chomzy is especially pleased of the numerous prizes she has earned for her humanitarian and academic endeavors.
If Big Brother Naija is successful, Chomzy thinks it would make her rich and famous. To be successful in my company and to find love at the same time is what I want to achieve.
- Giddyfia – Gideon Anieti Nwawo

It doesn’t matter what Giddyfia decides to do, he always does it enthusiastically. One of the company’s 24-year-old engineers, he describes himself as a very dedicated team player with a great deal of creativity.
Giddyfia, who is prone to kidding around and cracking jokes even when things are serious, values her relationships with others and avoids any form of drama or betrayal at all costs. He has a large circle of friends, yet he is selective about who he shares his space with.
Graduating with honors from university is one of his proudest professional accomplishments. He’s a health nut who even got a college award for having the best male physique for 2019!
Giddyfia thinks he’d be a terrific Housemate because he’s polite, kind, knowledgeable, and a hoot to hang out with. According to him, “people would love to see and replicate” certain aspects of his persona.
- Diana – Diana Isoken Edobor

Diana is an Edo State native and 33-year-old Project Manager. Although she was born in France, she now makes Abuja her permanent residence and works there.
She enjoys meeting new people, spending time with her family, and expanding her horizons by learning about other cultures.
For Diana, friendship and treating others as she would like to be treated are of the utmost importance.
Diana affirms that she has never been in a relationship when pressed on the subject. People think I’m a high-maintenance, pricey snob who’s too difficult to date.
Finally, she adds, “people realize that I’m actually quite kind and down to earth when they get to know me.”
In addition to using Big Brother Naija to launch her acting career and make new friends, this energetic young woman hopes to have a positive influence on the world by raising awareness about issues such as global poverty, education, and climate change.
- Hermes – Hermes Chibueze Iyele

Basketball, public speaking, and American flag football are just few of Hermes’ other hobbies.
As a dancer, he has performed at a number of prestigious festivals, including those in Lagos, Glasgow, and Rotterdam, as well as in music videos for a number of afrobeats artists, including Burna Boy, Davido, and Ajebo Hustlers.
His polyamorous engagement with two women has given him the feeling that everyone in the relationship has room to develop both personally and professionally.

“I’m a chef by day and a stripper by night.” Chichi, a 22-year-old exotic dancer and chef, uses a variety of colorful terms to describe herself. To describe herself, she is a “unwaveringly motivated goal-getter” who loves to swim and dance.
However, Chichi has managed to rise beyond the trauma of her background and make her own career. Because she believes in truthfulness, she doesn’t mind if her bluntness occasionally annoys people. The choice is between “saying things as they are” and “not saying anything at all.”
Aside from being a stripper, Chichi wants to prove that she is more than meets the eye. “I feel the world needs to see me because I have so much to offer.”
There is only one location that can offer her that type of attention, she claims. “Big Brother Naija House.” What is she capable of? Of course, I’ll be using the pole!
- Sheggz – Segun Daniel Olusemo

Originally from London, England, Sheggz is a 26-year-old actor and former professional footballer. He returned to acting last year after suffering an injury and was cast in a Tola Odunsi play lately.
This “confident but not arrogant” Nigerian-born Londoner, Sheggz, is both a hard worker and an intelligent one. He feels it’s essential to be both. Sheggz is outgoing when necessary, but he also excels as a listener.
He views himself as grounded, relatable, and driven.
For him, finding the perfect person matters more than being in a relationship, even though he is currently unattached. According to him, finding a life partner is crucial, and that you shouldn’t settle down with someone simply because you get along well with them.
How come Big Brother Naija is so popular? When it comes to Sheggz, the sky is the limit. We’ve got swagger, we’ve got vibes; we’re clever; we’ve got ambition; we’re all over the place smashing targets and succeeding.”
