In order to make her lover fall in love with her, a student at the University of Ghana, Legon has admitted to cooking stew with her period vital fluid.
She credited a friend with the idea of posting her feelings of shame on social media in an anonymous fashion, explaining that it had worked for her.

On the recommendation of her acquaintance, a woman at the Volta Hall of the University washed the pad’s vital fluid and used it in the stew.
The boyfriend ate it without her knowledge, but she is still haunted by the guilt she feels because of it.
When she’s in a bad mood, she relies on the counsel she received from a friend to calm her down.
