The internet felt a slight tremor when Elon Musk’s official handle tweeted about purchasing the financially troubled English football team Manchester United.
Since the departure of iconic manager Sir Alex Ferguson in 2013, Manchester United has been terrible.
For the first time since August of 1992, they find themselves at the bottom of the Premier League table.
Because of this, Musk’s timely remark sparked a fresh round of discussion in cyberspace. But he later explained that the post was all in good fun.
