Africans are extremely religious and skeptics. Our society is deeply rooted in spirituality. We fully commit to something when we believe in it.
However, it is incomprehensible that we continue to be one of the world’s poorest continents given that we constantly cry out to spiritual beings and celestial beings.
A recent tweet from Kaunda Bongi, a user on Twitter, posed the question, “Why would an African country or leadership allow the sale of a factory to be turned into a Church?” and sparked a lot of online responses.

Kaunda asserts that black individuals have purchased a factory and converted it into a church to pray for employment opportunities.
Since Africa has one of the lowest employment rates in the world, Kaunda is puzzled as to why this should take place.
